Either use the built in image uploader, or if you're uploading pictures from your comp, choose imageshack's multiuploader, even if you're uploading one picture. Those links don't come with ads, while the regular uploader does ;)
You'll have to mess around with the built in image uploading code though, because they put it on the top of your post by default.
